​​We offer a 14-day cooling-off period by law from the date of receipt for returns and exchanges. Products must be unused and in original packaging to be exchanged or returned. Complaint
​We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If, despite this, the product should be damaged or wrongly dispatched when it reaches you, we undertake to correct the error free of charge in accordance with current Swedish consumer protection legislation, especially in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932).To return a defective item, you must always first contact us for approval.Any complaints must be sent immediately to info@arganica.se after the error has been discovered.
